The Eleri begins with a maypole. The ribbons crossing, weaving, turning — colour moving around a fixed point as the seasons shift beneath it. It is a venerable visual language, arriving here through a thoroughly contemporary process. Patterns are plotted digitally and colour considered obsessively, before being handed to wool and knitting needles to resolve, stitch by stitch, into something entirely physical.
Bands of teal, blush, terracotta and gold run across a warm ground. Playful and considered in equal measure, it is the kind of colour that stops you in a room.
Each colourway holds a season:
- Rosehip — A rich, deep berry that carries something of winter's quiet depth.
- Dogrose — A glowing burnt pink that looks firmly toward the warmer months, holding the particular warmth of a long summer afternoon in its wool.
Pulled from the back of a chair on a grey January morning, it carries that warmth back to you. A reminder, held in wool, that those days existed and will come again.
